GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE STORE OLDTIMER-SHOP.EU
General Terms and Conditions of the online store Oldtimer-shop have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Law on Protection of Personal Data (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The online store Oldtimer-shop.eu (also referred to as “store”) is operated by company MAS Ltd, Partizanska cesta 82, 6210 Sežana, registration number: 2138298000, VAT number: SI16635876, who is also the provider of e-commerce (hereinafter referred to as the seller or Oldtimer-shop.eu).
Terms and conditions determine the operation of an online store, rights and obligations of the buyer and seller, and govern their business relationship.
The buyer is obliged with terms and conditions from the time of order confirmation. Everytime buyer conforms his order the general terms and conditions needs to be checked and confirmed by the buyer. The buyer who will enter any information, is obliged to enter only accurate and truthful data, information, etc … Inaccurate and false information the buyer may be regarded as abusive, and handed over to the legal department.
Online shop Oldtimer shop is intended for individual persons and companies.
- The customer selects the desired product by clicking on “add to cart” and then click “checkout”.
- The customer fills the data for delivery.
- The customer selects the payment method (bank transfer, Paypal or any other payment method provided by Stripe payment processing platform)
- The customer checks to agree with the general terms and conditions
In the case that the postage for your item is not listed, please contact us before order.
At the latest within 12 hours, the customer receives an automatic e-mail confirmation of the order.
In case of technical errors during the order process buyer is award to report the error to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org in a period of 4 hours.
In case of direct bank transfer payment option, customer can contact email@example.com for a proforma invoice. After recieving the payment, shipment will be dispatched in shortest possible time and customer will be informed by email address about shipment tracking information.
In case the item a customer desires isn’t on stock (these items are marked as ”on backorder” under add to cart button) the delivery time can be prolonged up to anywhere between 1 week up to 6 months. In that case, the customer can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a specific date of delivery (some items are more difficult to obtain than others. Sometimes it can happen the delivery date keeps prolonging. In this case, customer can contact us to discuss a refund).
Order process for corporate clients:
Order process for the corporate clients is the same as for individuals, except for registered companies who are established in countries of the European Union.
By providing a valid VAT number, the corporate client can contact our customer support at email@example.com for a proforma invoice without VAT amount. If the corporate EU client pays the amount with VAT, the VAT amount will be refunded to them as the order is dispatched.
Corporate clients will receive an envelope with a Delivery note and instructions. The document represents as a proof of delivery, needs to be signed by the customer, scanned and sent back to us so we can issue and send an invoice to our corporate client.
Terms and conditions for corporate clients differ in that they do not have the possibility of withdrawing from the contract without specifying the reason within 14 days of receipt of the article, as it applies to natural persons (consumers).
All prices include VAT and are in Euros.
Price are valid at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping and delivery times
Items will be dispatched to the customer in the shortest possible time, usually 1-2 working days after receiving the payment (if all the items ordered are on stock in our warehouse). Information delivery times are given in the table below (delivery times in the following table are informative and may deviate from the actual delivery time).
Seller is not liable for any delays by the shipping company.

Items are delivered throught the Post of Slovenia, DPD, GLS and DHL which corporate abroad with many other delivery companies. The shipping costs are displayed in the second step of purchase, before the final payment step. In the case that your shipment is not visible please contact us at e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Seller sends each shipment with tracking number so it is possible to check the status of the shipment. Oldtimer-shop.eu offers worldwide shipping.
If you received a tracking code and notice the shipment hasn’t moved for at least 10 days, you can contact us at email@example.com so we can send an inquiry to the post office. They can take up to 3 months to reply to the inquiry so and to complete claims procedure. We ask our customers to be patient during this time. Please note that until a response from the post office is received, your shipment isn’t considered lost and you are not obligated to receive a refund. When they discover what occured with your shipment, we discuss possible redelivery or issue a refund on your order. We apologize for all the possible inconveniences that may cause.

Oldtimer-shop.eu attaches printed invoice to the shipment. An invoice shows divided prices for the articles and shipping. Buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before confirming the order for later correctness of invoice issued
The right to withdraw from the purchase, complaints, returns
The customer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days from concluding the contract that they are withdrawing from the contract without any reason. This time period starts one day after the customer recieves the item. In this case the only cost for the customer is the shippping costs for returning the item. The customer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same amount, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity is reduced with no blame to the customer. The customer shall not use the products freely until they withdraw from the contract.

Returns are not possible for countries outside the European Union. If you find the item is defected, you can provide picutres and/or any kind of proof of damage. If the damage is in fact excused, you will get a full refund on your order. If it shows up the item is in the same condition as it was sold, the refund is not excused.
In case of damage during shipment, we kindly ask our customers to report the damage to us as soon as possible for us to start a claim procedure with our postal service. This procedure can take up to 3 months so we kindly ask our customers for patience until the procedure is completed.
Refund payments for items that the buyer returns will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from receipt of notice of withdrawal from the contract, but the seller reserves the right to withhold a refund of payments received to accept returned items, or until the customer provide evidence that the items sent back.
A clerical error
If a product has a clerical error, the customer must, within the statutory provider informed of the error and the error message detailed description of the situation and enable the provider to check the product.
For items in Oldtimer shop you get warranty, for apply you have to show the invoice. The warranty period is 1 months from the date of the received item. Warranties cannot be enforced to repair defects caused by misuse, negligence and mechanical damages.
Data protection and privacy
Oldtimer shop with your order receive and store that information: name, mailing address, email address, telephone number. Personal data shall be used exclusively for the purpose of the contract award and marketing of our products. Personal data will be kept in a safe place and these will not be forwarded to third parties. In addition to the personal data you Oldtimer shop reserves the right to storing the data of purchase (the date of purchase, type of purchase, content and value of the purchase).
Additional purposes of the processing of personal data referred to in the contract are:
– Send advertising material
– Information on new services and operations
– Marketing and statistical research.
With the above-mentioned purposes of data processing buyer agree upon confirmation of our general terms and conditions before making the purchase.
The customer can at any time in writing or via e-mail request to the data controller permanently or temporarily discontinue the use of their personal data for direct marketing purposes. The operator will do so as soon as possible but no later than within 15 days.
Final provisions, complaints and disputes:
The seller is trying to ensure the accuracy of the data published on the website www.oldtimer-shop.eu. But be aware that in certain cases the nature of items, delivery or price change so rapidly that the seller fails to correct all the information on the website. In this case, the seller will inform the customer about the changes and to cancel the contract or replace the ordered item.
